Integrated Management System Policy
By applying the Integrated Management System we realize the mission of maintaining a significant position of high quality equipment supplier for the Polish Armed Forces on domestic market and entering new markets to satisfy Customers, at the level of profit which enables development, through:
- aiming at continuous improvement of processes used in the company,
- constant monitoring of Customers’ needs and level of satisfaction,
- qualified selection and verification of sub suppliers and products,
- acting by the principle that all employers are responsible for quality and environment protection,
- marketing actions on the new sale markets,
company activity based on current standards, regulations and prevention of environment pollution, - satisfying the known and stimulating the new Customers’ needs for high quality products,
- implementing constructivism and creativity into performed tasks,
- improving the Integrated Management System by analyzing collected data and evaluating the degree of achieving quality & environmental targets.
Moreover, applying the safety strategy, we maintain the safety precautions appropriate to the estimated risk and provide safety of own and Clients’ information, by:
- allowing only the authorized personnel to access the data
- providing the integrity of processed data
- increasing the employees’ awareness concerning safe usage of data
WZM S.A. manages the risk, and therefore all the strategic decisions concerning safety of information are based on risk estimation performed according to the accepted methodology.
